This first online MBSR course will start on 15th of April 2020.
Every Wednesday until 03rd of June the session will start on Zoom at 7pm.
The silent half day will be on 23rd of May.
We will develop skills that make us better equipped in taking care of our wellbeing, and managing stress.
During the course we will learn that there are generally two ways we can handle difficulties: we change the situation or we change how we deal with the situation. It’s very beneficial to learn new ways of relating to difficulties and challenging times.
We will also invite ourselves to self-compassion practices.
